Why do so many Clairemont and Bay Park homes have slab leaks?+
Most of those tract homes were built in the 1950s and 60s on post-tension slabs with copper supply lines routed under the concrete. After 60 years, pinholes are common. When one shows up, rerouting overhead is usually smarter than jackhammering the floor.
Do you handle SDG&E gas red-tags?+
Yes. If SDG&E shut off your gas after a failed pressure test, we locate the leak, repair to code, and coordinate the re-cert so you get gas service back.
