Can you rough in for a new bathroom?+
Yes. Full rough-in for supply, drain, and vent with permitted inspection.
Why does my shower drip after I turn it off?+
Usually a bad cartridge or worn seats. A cartridge swap is the standard fix.
Why do my faucet cartridges keep failing?+
Almost always hard-water scale, not defective cartridges. San Diego water is 15+ grains per gallon and cakes up cartridges fast. A softener extends fixture life dramatically.
Can you work in condos and high-rises Downtown or in Mission Valley?+
