How long does a repipe take?+
Most single-family homes are done in 2 to 3 days. You'll have water back on each night.
PEX or copper?+
PEX-A is quieter, freeze-tolerant, and less prone to pinhole leaks. Copper is still a great option if you prefer it. We quote both.
Will you patch the drywall?+
We do clean drywall patching as part of the job. Texture and paint are typically a separate finish trade.
Why are Clairemont and Bay Park such a repipe hotspot?+
Those tracts were built in the 50s and 60s with copper supply lines cast into post-tension slabs. Six decades of hot water plus San Diego mineral content pinhole the pipe. Overhead reroute in PEX-A is the standard fix.
Will you handle drywall and patching?+
Yes. We cut clean access, patch drywall as part of the job, and can coordinate paint touch-ups if you want them done at the same time.
